PUSHPA HAWARGI - Pushpa is an educator who runs two award-winning preschools in the north-west side of Bangalore. Prior to entering the field of education, she was a software professional and worked both in India and abroad. She also has worked as a family and child counsellor prior to starting schools. By qualification, Pushpa is a science graduate and has Diplomas in counselling (Early Childhood Education and Early Intervention). These Diplomas and IT experience have helped Pushpa in running the schools in a professional high quality manner. She has been quoted in books such as “Making of Parents” & “The incredible”.
Pushpa runs these two pre-schools with a professional approach and a touch of passion and love for children. She believes that quality is the winner rather than numbers. Besides being a successful educator and counsellor, Pushpa loves sharing her knowledge with others whenever there is an opportunity. On a need basis, Pushpa conducts work-shops on several topics for young parents, teachers or anyone who needs it. Popular topics are 'Mindfulness', 'Parenting', 'Work-Life Balance', 'Classroom Management', Curriculum orientations etc.
SOMANATH HAWARGI - Somanath is an IT professional at the core who has expanded his horizons into the field of Education. He is successfully running two award-winning pre-schools in Bangalore along with his wife Pushpa. As an IT professional, he has worked in India as well as abroad (USA). He is proud to have executed some very popular and pioneering projects. Besides being an educator, Somanath helps young souls as a “Career Navigator”. He is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and trainer. Keeping NLP at the core, he conducts workshops on various topics such as Basic NLP, Effective Communication, Building New Habits, Belief System, Stress Management, Time Management, Team Building, Parenting or any topic that is seen as essential by new employees and young parents. Somanath has strong connections with Kannada literature and the movie industry. As a Rotarian, Somanath served his club (RBSN) as the President in 2019-20 and is involved in various welfare projects.
