“I will destroy that wooden sack of bricks once and for all,” the wolf was furious. Swiftly he made his way towards the chimney; furiously he attempted to make the rest of the way in until he slipped. Just above the pot there was the rest of the wolf, full of hissing water. The wolf chose to bound the pot in flames and rest there. Waking up in a world of pain, now he truly had no choice but to run and never come back.
The two young pigs did indeed figure out their lesson, resolve within reason: hard work. Since that day they were safe in their joint brick fort and lived without issue.
