Ingredients
- 1 potato – medium-sized, peeled
- 1 cup Water
Recipe
- Cut the potato into 4 equal parts, before cooking them in a steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- When they are mushy, transfer the potato pieces to a bowl and set them aside to cool.
- Use a blender to blend the potato into a smooth potato puree. Note: You might want to add a couple of teaspoons or so of water, to get the desired consistency.

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes -medium-sized, boiled and mashed
- 1 carrot – grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley – finely chopped
Recipe
- Put all the ingredients – chopped parsley, mashed potato and grated carrot – in a bowl.
- Make small pattie shapes out of the mixture.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Cook all the patties on both sides for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, till they are golden brown.
- Voila! Your patties are ready. Let them cool before serving them to your baby. Note: You want to cut those patties into small pieces so your baby can chew on them, of course!
