Understanding What an Eco Friendly Ganesh Idol is and its Significance
To understand the true significance of Eco Friendly Ganesh Idols, we must first ask ourselves, What is an Eco Friendly Ganesh?
Simply put, an Eco Friendly Ganesh Idol is one that is made of ‘natural’ colours and ‘organic’ soil or mud. The following are the benefits of using Eco Friendly Ganesh Idols.
- They save precious lives in the Sea!
- Good for Human Health, too
- Far easier to make
As mentioned above, Eco Friendly Ganesh Idols are not harmful to sea creatures. This is because they are ‘degradable’, as opposed to their ‘non-biodegradable’ counterparts made of Plaster of Paris.
You heard that right! Those toxic metals present in a non-biodegradable Ganesha idol, might well find their way into the bodies of some fish. Needless to say, those fish might then find their way into your stomach!
Gone are the days, when people had to rely on a ‘sculptor’ for their Ganesh idol requirements. Now, with the help of all members of the family, making an Eco Friendly Ganesh Idol makes for a great bonding experience, and is far ‘easier’, to boot!
