Method

Add peanut butter and honey in a saucepan and heat the mixture on a low flame. Meanwhile mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Once done, add the butter and honey to it and set this mixture on a baking tray. Freeze the mix for an hour and then take out and cut it into bars.

  • 2 cups hazelnut
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • ¼ cup dried cherry kept aside
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A pinch of rock salt

Method

Toss all the ingredients in a blender and grind them, except for the 1/4th cup of cherries. Now add the rest of the cherries and grind on a low setting once more. Spread the mixture made on a lightly greased baking tray and freeze it for 3 hours. Serve cut into bars.

3 Peanut butter with jelly bar

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup jam, any flavour
  • 2 ½ tbsp flax seeds
  • ¼ cup dried fruits
  • ¼ cup honey

In a bowl, combine each of the ingredients listed above and mix them. Grease a baking tray and pour the mixture all over it. Freeze for a couple of hours, remove and cut into large pieces.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup peanuts
  • 1 cup choco chips divided into two equal portions
  • 1 ½ cup pitted dates
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method

Barring the chocolate, mix the rest of the ingredients and grind them in a food processor. Once it develops a coarse texture, add half the chocolate chips and grind again for no more than 20 seconds. Microwave the rest of the chocolate chips till they melt. Now spread the mixture on a greased baking tray and spread a layer of melted chocolate chips over. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

5 Rice krispies protein bar

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice krispies
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup child-safe protein powder
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Method

In a bowl, add the protein powder, rice krispies, sea salt and oats and mix well. Now add vanilla extract, honey and peanut butter. Spread this mixture over a greased baking tray. Now melt the chocolate chips in coconut oil on a low flame. Pour this mix over the mixture on your tray. Freeze in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and then serve.

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • A pinch of ginger powder

Method

In a saucepan, add the ghee and let it melt. Next, lightly roast the almonds and peanuts in it. Now add the rest of the ingredients to the saucepan and stir well till lightly roasted. Put this mixture onto a greased baking tray. Let it sit for a couple of hours and then serve.
